Our 7 luxury villas are at your disposal to offer you optimal comfort and well-being. With an interior surface area of 80 m², richly equipped, each flanked by two vast terraces and charming private gardens, they have been designed according to an architectural concept that is as innovative as it is elegant. The large bay windows on each side of the rooms disappear entirely into the walls, leaving the view and the space completely free. Boundaries are abolished, your living space expands, opens up... So much so that the house seems to have no walls. It extends naturally in one direction and in the other, like a bird spreading its wings.

Just imagine... You're splashing around peacefully in your pool or hot tub when suddenly a clink of glass and laughter pops out of the water. You rush across the house, barefoot and still a little wet around the edges, to the other terrace where your friends are preparing the barbecue or aperitif. Next time, perhaps you'll go the other way around...

A large living room open onto the terrace with a 4-seater corner sofa, a coffee table, a 127cm television fixed to the wall with several hdmi ports and offering, in addition to TNT, the Astra satellite catalogue (including many foreign channels), a tv cabinet, a dvd/blu-ray player...
A matrimonial room with a 160X200 bed (cupboards, bedside tables, wardrobe, hangers...).
One room with two 90X200 beds (same elements as in the other room).
A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, capsule machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric griddle. A kitchen island with two swivel stools (except for the PRM villa). A dining table with several chairs.
Plates, glasses and cutlery in large quantities; pans, pots, containers and utensils of all kinds (peeler, bottle opener, can opener, salad bowl, etc.).
Reversible air conditioning (hot or cold, depending on the season) throughout the house.

2 large ipe terraces:
⁎ One dedicated to the conviviality of meals or aperitif, with large garden table, charcoal barbecue and deported parasol.
⁎ The other devoted to swimming, with the pool and the spa (five deckchairs per house).
Private gardens with a variety of species.
A variety of facilities for maximum comfort: washing machine, clotheshorse, hoover, cleaning products and household utensils, iron and ironing board, two hairdryers (one per bathroom), board games, etc.
A cot (linen provided) and a high chair if you come with a baby.

Additional information and services

The villas have four fixed beds, but can easily accommodate an extra person. In this case we will add a folding bed (90x200) and the corresponding bedding and towels. There is no extra charge for this.
The maximum number of tenants in a house is 5 (6 in the special case of a baby sleeping in a cot).
The villas are all identical, with the exception of the Villa for disabled people, which differs from the others by a slightly different layout but offers strictly identical facilities and prices. For the rest, only the particular exposure and some elements of decoration change, without this favouring or penalising in any way one of the houses compared to the others. Therefore, unless specifically requested at the time of booking, they are rented without distinction.
The Residence has a private car park with a dozen spaces. Each house has a dedicated parking space, possibly two if circumstances require. Any vacant spaces are available for use by visitors to our tenants.
The Residence has its own exterior lighting. The time at which it is switched on varies according to the season, but it is programmed to switch off at 1am at the latest.
